For the 2019-2020 academic year, eCampus was awarded $5,400 for the Chancellor’s Learning Scholars program. The funds will be used to obtain resources for the Faculty Learning Community. This year’s eCampus Chancellor’s Learning Scholars are Dr. Amy R. Austin, Dr. Sarah Kuck, and Dr. BethRené Roepnack. The purpose of the Chancellor’s program is to create and support a faculty support communities across the USG. The program will facilitate various educational communities, leading to innovation and change throughout Georgia's classrooms. Their design resembles a community environment offering small group (8-10) engagement opportunities for faculty to explore and discuss areas of interest. Interactions include sustained, meaningful teaching and learning themed conversations regularly scheduled among colleagues.
